I cannot even remember

when it was the last time

I was in the supermarket

but

The day before yesterday

I WAS there 

With my daugther

and I could see and choose 

for myself .

A MIRACLE TO ME .

And yesterday 

I walked outside 

with my fysio

To the end of the street 

and back 

That is my homework

for this week 

Walk outside EACH day .

I have asked some help

for the next days

to friends and neighbours

and every-one

who comes and visit me

TO WALK WITH ME 

that helps me 

because it has also been

so long since I walked outside.

Today I wondered

about my new future
