When
I
loved myself
enough
I began
to feel
a divine presence
in me
and hear
its guidance.
I am learning
to trust
this
and live from it
Kim McMillen

Maybe
I'm oldfashioned
but
Loving YOURSELF ? ? ?
always
far too busy
taking care
and doing the best I could .....
*
I learned
about
loving yourself
from my
ELISABETH
she has always had that
and said that
I LOVE MYSELF
AND I LOVE MY LIFE
hearing that
I always thought
............OH MY.........
she does NOT have that
from me !
*
only since
the last year
I am learning
trying to understand
how it works
*
now
I found this book
called
WHEN I LOVED
MYSELF
ENOUGH
and
I love
being inspired
by a book
*
What book
is your latest inspiration
and why ?
*
I love to know !

  1. I am Catholic, Francis, but I love reading Joel Osteen's books. He is such a positive person, and makes sense in much of what he says. It is wonderful that Eliabeth loves who she is. I was the youngest child out of five, and it wasn't always easy keeping up with the others, but the one thing that I always had was love. Your Elisabeth is so special. I have tears in my eyes because when I hear that she loves herself, I know she has love for the world. May God bless your child, Francis.

  3. HI Francis!
It's always so wonderful to visit you ~ your sweet inspirations make me smile. It sounds like you are going to really enjoy your new book. I just received two new ones:
Flea Market Finds {Matthew Mead} and "Calm My Anxious Heart" recommended by a friend at work that is using it to lead a women's Bible study group. So far, I am enjoying them!

I hope you had a wonderful Easter, Francis. You have a beautiful way of finding the good and the joy in many things. You do remind me to count my blessings ~ and you are one of them dear ♥
    God bless you*
    ~ xoxo ~

  5. If you love yourself first, then we can better understand others.....because that is HOW WE ARE. Yes, we need a healthy balance of self-respect so that we can honor what God has given us.....a reflection of Himself....have a wondrous journey my sweet friend, as you discover who YOU ARE. You are beautiful......Anita

Fijn weekend!
