JOURNEY

*
If we are always
arriving and departing
it is also true
that we are
eternally anchored

one's destination
is never a place
but rather a new way
of looking at things.

Henry Miller

*
a new way
of looking at things

I never knew
how powerful
that can be

IF

it's your very own
wish and decision.

and not just because
someone else
askes you to

When did you really
change your way of looking
You do not have to tell me
but it would make me
very happy if you would
take time
with a cup of tea or coffee
and sit down and
think about this .

happy thinking

  1. It is a VERY important and challenging question you ask here, and one that can only be honestly contemplated over a cup of tea or coffee, but we have to STOP long enough to really ask the question of OURSELVES and maybe even draw up a plan to help us progress.

Oh Francis, you have SO MUCH TO OFFER! SO MUCH! And this is what time is for - to think, plan, create, change, start over again.

    MUCH LOVE TO YOU! Anita

  2. When did I really change my way of looking? I don't think I ever have, as I have loved God every since I was a little girl, and have learned that when one door closes, another one will open, and He will always take care of me. I've had many hardships in life, and sometimes the world changes so fast, but I don't want to ever get swallowed up with it, so I try not to let the world change me. I change my hair, my styles, my homes, my areas, but I try to always remember who I am, and embrace it.

Thank you for asking, my dear Francis. I was actually thinking about this lately.

    Love,
    ~Sheri

  3. I have always looked up and down, and I revel in finding the unexpected. I love not being in a hurry so I can really look, and have now got into the habit of having my little camera with me to capture these chances.
