creating

*
There always
were
reasons
to create
in my life

When my children
came into my life
it was as if there was
a stream that never stopped
I kept creating
and was happy
with all of that

*
Lateron
when I started
being a TEACHER
again
I enjoyed
there was ALWAYS
a reason to create

*
and now
children are grown-ups
I am no longer a teacher
so
what's there to create

What I mean is
I am in a new phase
of my life
and I just have not found
what I am looking for

Okay
 of course
there's always
the house
I know
I am doing that
of course
but
when the children
were living here
it was much more
MOVEMENT
I guess
the unique combination
of
less time and lots of
IDEAS
made me more creative

Now
I have lots of time
so I think
I make a wreath
for my frontdoor
so
creativity
knows
where to find me

  1. What a beautiful story but also a little sad, I am sorry. But keep up! You will never lose your creative brain, sheer up. When your kids come home and you made something new or special by you, I am sure that they notice and that it makes them happy and comfortable at your place.
    Lovely greetings, Martine.

  2. KNOCK KNOCK....I am here at the door of Francis.....

OH....thank you for inviting me in Francis. I am here. This is creativity calling you. You are extremely talented, you have TIME, and you have much support. Start NOW. Nothing kills creativity more than waiting and waiting. Oh, and if you don't recognize me, look again at what you have already STARTED. Keep going, don't be afraid, but just JUMP IN and commit yourself.

    Sincerely,

    WRITING.

  3. KNOCK KNOCK...it's writing again.....I forgot to tell you. Many people are committed to writing on their computers these days. But one of your talents that goes so well with me is your handwritten talents. Go to a good art store and buy some BEAUTIFUL HANDMADE PAPERS and start to learn to draw or embellish your words with fancy paints, images or other fun goodies to make little books.

    Sincerely, you best friend, WRITING.

  4. And it looks lovely beyond word.
You now have to create less imediate creations. Herilooms you will give to your grandchildren - those by family and those by heart - so they enjoy that you were thinking of them while doing it. There's so much you can do when you want to dedicate to something elese besides you. Because you have to take care of you. For you. And for THEM.
    Love,

  7. My beloved friend! OH HOW I LOVE your comment to me; well, it is evident, your gift/gifts. Sometimes, our gifts are not obvious to us, but the world sees them. With your beautiful handwriting and teacher creativity, YOU COULD PUT YOUR WORDS onto beautiful paper. Poetry and paper, that is YOU.

AND I JUST GOT THE MAIL! I am tickled with joy and sweet love over those MICE! I will giggle every month as I turn the pages and will always remember how sweet life can be, each day, each month of the year.

I HAVE SOMETHING FOR YOU...I just need to mail it!

    MUCH LOVE TO YOU! Anita
